Comprehensive (In-home / Video) Training & Support
When you rent or purchase a portable HBOT chamber from Natural Balance Hyperbarics, you will not only have the highest quality portable hyperbaric medical device placed in your home, you will also be educated fully and supported by our office from start to finish.
For local customers who rent or buy a unit we offer a white-glove delivery service to set up the chamber in your home or clinic and provide the training and education required to use the unit safely and effectively in your home or clinic.
For out-of-area customers who rent or buy we offer the same level of service via video training and can arrange a white glove service from another provider if needed or desired. We also offer comprehensive video-based training that you can watch at your convenience. We deliver our HBOT chambers anywhere in the U.S., Canada, or internationally and assist our customers fully in their set up and safe operation.
For customers purchasing hard-sided units, specific in-person training is required and will require a technician traveling to your location and will take approximately 6 to 8 hours to complete.
